Why Tyron is used extensively throughout the world.

The problem is the way alloy wheels have to be designed. All wheels have a "fitting well" in them. It has to be there for the fitting and removal of tyres, but it’s this well that can be so dangerous when you have a puncture. When the tyre is inflated, it is held in place by air pressure but when the pressure is lost, the tyre can move around freely and drop into the fitting well. Braking and traction is lost, you can lose steering control and the wheel rim can come into contact with the road.
Tyron is a patented lightweight well-filler band fitted to your Asian Dragon alloy wheels which makes them act like a safety wheel. This will significantly improve the performance and therefore safety of your wheels in the event of deflation. If you have a blow-out at speed, Tyron will assist the driver in maintaining steering, cornering, braking and traction control. It then provides a short run-flat capability so you can choose a safe place to change the wheel.
Tyron does not need servicing and can be re-fitted by the tyre fitter when changing tyres so the Tyron flat tyre protection lasts the life of your wheels.
